RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your SIDIA products, but in the case you would like to return or exchange, email us at hi@sidiathebrand.com to start the free return process, within 10 days of receiving your order.

If the item is not received within 10 business days from the date the return process begins, the item will be sent back to you. 

Customers must ship back their items via return label provided, with the original packing slip included in the box. Without this, we cannot guarantee your refund/exchange will be processed.

For items of lesser value then your original purchase, you’ll be refunded the difference to your original method of payment.

All exchanged items, and items purchased at a 25% discount or greater, are final sale.

SIDIA reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our return criteria. Please note that any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

Note: It may take up to 5 days for our return centre to open your returned item & issue your refund or exchange.

Holiday Return Policy

Purchases received between November 1st, 2022 to December 24th, 2022 are eligible for free returns until January 8th, 2023.
